BS’D
Today’s daily dose of emuna is dedicated to the refuah shleimah of NOACH TZVI BEN GITTEL-a 14 year old boy from Lakewood very seriously injured in a bike accident. May Hashem shower him with a complete healing among all of Klal Yisrael who are sick and suffering b’karov, b’rachamim, Amen.
We want to come closer to Hashem; our core being remembers how wonderful it once was to bask in the Divine radiance. Deep in the subconscious we have full knowledge of Hashem’s existence and His eternal compassion and love for us and the Jewish people.
We should strive to remember that this luminous albeit hidden place exists. Mindfulness is the first step in seeking out this G-dly connection. Often we do not take notice and advantage of our link to Hashem. Unfortunately this increases the way we perceive life’s challenges as we feel detached and left to battle on our own. But we are not alone. In fact Hashem is in constant communication with us on what is going on around us and where we are heading.
Hashem is our ‘tour guide’ and ‘motivator’ directing us through life. What is required of us is a good dose of humility to realize that we can’t do anything alone; we must continually seek out Hashem’s help and advice. ‘Taking Hashem along’ with us – in our thoughts, deeds and speech uplifts and elevates us. We are able to solve our problems with more success and less stress. The wonderful part is that we never need to make an appointment; rather pick up the ‘phone’ and dial 1-800-ALMIGHTY.
